At the heart of Recruiting USA’s brief was a desire to capture the essence of American blue-collar pride in their branding. They envisioned a brand that would not only stand out but also pay homage to patriotic values. Our mission was to create a brand identity that embodied this vision, utilizing patriotic symbolism and colors to craft a narrative that speaks to the dedication and skill of America’s workforce.
Striking the Right Balance: Patriotic Symbols and Brand Clarity
The primary challenge in the Recruiting USA project was to integrate a strong sense of patriotism without overwhelming the brand's identity. We aimed to ensure the patriotic elements, while prominent, did not overshadow the brand’s core message or give off a governmental feel. Achieving this balance was key to creating a versatile and recognizable brand across various platforms.
